We roast our own Sesame seeds at weekly intervals, so there is never any fear of rancidity occurring.
(Sesame seeds that are roasted/toasted and left for more than a few weeks slowly develop a rancid taste, due to the release of oils during roasting/toasting.

Ingredients: Thyme, Sumach, Sea Salt, toasted Sesame seeds.
