Herbal ‘Tea’ Infusion/ Tonic

Brewing.

Use 1 heaped TEAspoon per cup required

Place in pot

Add boiling water

Allow to infuse for 5-7 minutes

Strain into a cup and enjoy.

Best taken without milk or Sugar.

If a sweetener is required, we recommend using The Spiceworks Natural Palm Sugar or our Stevia dried powder.

May be taken as required.

Can be drunk either hot or cold.
