White Tea
Pai Mu Tan
White tea contains the same types of antioxidants as green tea, but in greater quantity. These antioxidants are found to have many health promoting properties including boosting cardiovascular health, helping to lower cholesterol, reducing the risk of cancer and enhancing weight loss.
White teas are considered by some to be the purest in the world and are lighter than green or black teas.
This Tea is grown in the province of Fujian and is also known as White Peony.
The leaves are dried naturally in the Sun using no artificial means.
Its large long leaves appear as many shades of green with different structures and tips of silvery white.
Pai Mu Tan Tea offers a pleasing Amber colour with a spicy taste.
