This is a traditional Japanese 7-spice blend.

Our blend contains:
Chilli powder, Sichuan Pepper powder, Ginger powder, Black Sesame seeds,
Fine cut Kelp seaweed, Sesame seeds, fine cut Orange peel.

Ideally suited for grilled meats, noodles, rice, and soups that so characterise Japanese cooking.
Use also as a topping for many dishes, including Cheese on toast etc.
Sprinkle a little over salads for a new taste dimension.
Use at the table as a condiment, it is delicious.
