Oregano- dried herb
Other Names: O.vulgare, Wild Marjoram, Rigani. Closely related to Marjoram,
Oregano gives a stronger and sharper, peppery flavour. Oregano offers a stronger flavour than Marjoram as a dried herb. It enhances the flavour of dishes such as pizzas, Italian pasta, moussaka, meat loaf.
We also use it in our herb blends such as Italian Herb seasoning and mixed herbs.
Besides this, it is ideal for adding to blends for BBQ meats and stuffings, etc.
