Mugwort dried herb  (Artemisia vulgaris)

Also known as: Felon Herb. St. John’s Plant. Cingulum Sancti Johannis. Common Wormwood.

To make a herbal infusion:
use 1 heaped TEAspoon per cup required.

Place in pot.

Add boiling water.

Allow to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

Strain into a cup and enjoy.

A sweetener may be added if required.
