Mixed spice blend- pudding/ baking spice

This is The Spiceworks own blend of these wonderful spices.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mustard, Nutmeg, Fennel, Cloves, Cardamom.

Use for cakes and all home baking for that extra added flavour.
Also add to many cooked meat and vegetable dishes as it enhances the overall taste and smell due to the aromatic contents of my blending.
