Makes refreshing cup of ‘tea’.

Use 1 heaped TEAspoon per cup required.

Place in pot.

Add boiling water.,

Allow to infusae for 4-6 minutes.

Strain intoi a cup and enjoy.

Best taken without milk or sugar.
