Lemon Verbena

For that wonderful Lemony tang.
Lemon verbena leaves are used to add a lemony flavour to fish and poultry dishes, vegetable marinades, salad dressings, jams, puddings, and beverages. It also is used to make herbal teas and can make a refreshing sorbet.
Ingredients:
Dried leaves of Aloysia triphylla.
Wheat-free
Does not naturally contain gluten
Vegetarian, Vegan
Dairy-free.
Herbal ‘Tea’ Infusion.
This herb makes an excellent and refreshing Lemony infusion.
Use 1 heaped TEAspoon per cup required
Break leaves into strips.
Place in pot
Add boiling wate
Allow to infuse for 4-6 minutes
Strain onto a cup and enjoy.
You can also blend this with Black Tea instead of Lemon at a rate of 25%/75% Verbena/Black Tea.
