Relax and absorb the aroma of freshly dried Lavender and Hops.

This can also be used as a relaxing herbal infusion ‘Tea’ drink.

Just add 1 heaped teaspoon of this blend per cup required to a pot.

Pour over boiling water.

Allow to infuse for 4-6 minutes.

Strain into a cup and enjoy.
