Horseradish root dried granules
This is the traditional English Beef dish accompaniment, as hot and fierce as you remember it.
Add Horseradish granules to stews and other dishes and experience its unique and subtle flavours- it will enrich any dish from whatever part of the world.
Add to a stuffing mix.
Add to vegetable dishes, fish and shellfish, tomato based sauces, sweet and savoury mixtures.
Make up your own Horseradish sauce by combining with a little hot water to make a paste.
Use as accompaniment to beef, steak, venison and fish dishes – blend 1 teaspoon of horseradish granules with 1 1/2 teaspoons of water.
You can always add Mayonnaise to this mixture so as to bulk it out.
Add 4 teaspoons per mix, or to taste.
Remember, a little goes a long way.
Rehydration:
If you wish to use on its own, you can soak the granules in a little warm water for 20 minutes before you use them.
