Ginger and Lemongrass herbal tea infusion blend

Both herbs have anti-inflammatory properties, and Ginger has been found to reduce appetite.
This is also used as an immune system booster.

Method:
Use 1 heaped TEAspoon per cup required.
Place in pot.
Add boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 5-7 minutes.
Strain into a cup and enjoy.
Best served without milk of sugar.
