The Spiceworks now makes up its own blending of flour for you to try, if you prefer not to go to the trouble of making your own blend up.

The ingredients are as follows:

This contains Teff flour.
Rice flour
Potato starch
Tapioca starch

Our flour blend is completely free of Gluten, wheat, corn, Casein, lactose, soya, sugar, yeast & egg.

Bread:
For an authentic ‘yeast rise’ we recommend that you use our Xanthan gum (one TEAspoon will rise up to 100 grams of gluten-free flour).
Cakes:
For cake-making etc you will not require the Xanthan gum, however, your baking will improve in texture if you add 1/4 TEAspoon per 150 grams of gluten-free flour.
