Damiana, Marshmallow, Rose petals- Sky blend

Our Sky blend is a pleasing mix of 3 herbs that are suitable for drinking.

Ingredients: Damiana leaf, Marshmallow leaf, Rose petals.

Infusion:
Add one heaped teaspoon per cup required

Place in pot

Add boiling water

Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes

Strain into a cup and enjoy.

Best taken without milk or sugar.
