Ras-el-hanout
This is The Spiceworks own version of the top-Moroccan spice blend.
It is a point of honour among the Moroccan Souks (Spice Merchants) to create a high quality blend.
We have gone some way to accomplish our own credible blend and, after much testing, we think that we have hit on a winner.
The taste of this combination is subtle, yet delivering a kick.
Both spicy and floral (due to the Rose petals) this blend contains many different ingredients and will enhance any dish, vegetable or meat. Try rubbing it into Lamb.
For stews, Tagines etc, try adding a handful of rice while cooking- the end result is delicious.
