All of the ingredients are either grown locally and purchased direct from a local grower.
The Sea Salt comes from Israel and is 100% Pure and contains no additives and is non-iodised.

The herbs are guaranteed 100% Grade A for culinary use with no additives, chemicals or enhancers.
